PB & J Smoothie!
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 whole banana, definitely frozen (makes it creamier)
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 & 1/2 cup spinach or kale (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Real easy, just place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth! If you are vegan skip the greek yogurt and substitute a non-dairy vanilla protein powder, add a bit more non-dairy milk for a smooth consistency. Get creative with it, add in some chia or flax seeds if you have some for extra fiber and nutrients. This smoothie is a meal replacement, keep that in mind when consuming!
